2-4-1 cocktail Sundays

Cocktail sundays are back.. 
enjoy 2-4-1 cocktails after 7pm

The Classics 
Mai Tai
Trader Vic’s classic mix of white rum, orange curacao, orgeat and fresh lime. Laced with dark rum.
Cosmopolitan
Our recipe is taken from Dale DeGroff’s ‘the craft of the cocktail’
Lemon Absolut vodka, cointreau, cranberry, fresh lime and flamed orange oil.
Mojito
A refreshing blend of golden rum, light muscovado syurp, crisp mint leaves and fresh lime
Vesper Martini
Gin, vodka, noilly prat, shaken not stirred served with a twist.
Manhattan
Created for Churchill’s mother in New York.
A bourbon based drink complemented by vermouth, served sweet, perfect or dry.
The Sour’s
Your choice of sprit, shaken with fresh citrus juices and our in house sugar syrup. ‘We recommend Amaretto or bourbon whiskey’
Sidecar
Invented in world war 1 at the ritz hotel during liberation, our recipe blends the finest of French brandy, cointreau, and lemon to make a beautiful drink, neither to sweet or dry
French Martini
Vodka, Chambord and pinapple juice
A bourbon based drink complemented by vermouth, served sweet, perfect or dry.

Siberian Express
Fresh espresso is shaken hard with vanilla vodka, coffee liqueur and white chocolate liquer Served of course with biscotti on the side.
Rum Re-fashioned
Spiced rum based old fashioned with the kitchens secret recipe of sugar, bitters and citrus oils, stirred to perfect dilution, served with an apple crisp
Watermelon Margarita
Fresh juicy watermelon mixed into our classic margarita recipe
Strawberry Daiquiri
Jennings cox’s recipe of white rum, fresh lime and sugar from the town of daiquiri, Ours is blended with the refreshing taste of English strawberries
Peach & Chili Martini
Sweet and hot! Sweetened peach juice shaken to frozen with red chilli and premium vodka

Kitchen Contempory 
Smokey Old Fashioned
Woodfords Whiskey stirred with maple syrup and bitters, served smoking over an ice ball
Breakfast at the kitchen
London dry gin, blended with cointreau, lemon juice and homemade marmalade.
Spiced Pear Sling
Kitchen infused Havana 7 rum, with lime, dried orange, cloves, star anise, cinnamon and vanilla, together with fresh pear puree, apple juice, fresh lime, caramel and ginger beer.
Opal Fruits Fix
‘Retro sweets are back’ and this is our take.
Orange infused vodka, Limoncello and crème de cassis lengthened with sparkling

cranberry juice, lime, almond and pistachio sugar with popping candy.
The Iced tea pot
Absolut vodka, London dry gin, light rum, cointreau and silver tequila with fresh sqeezed lemon. Iced suager cubes, Cranberry & a coca cola milk jugs, served in a tea pot with china tea cups Long beach or Long Island.. the choice is yours!!

Champagne Cocktails 
Classic Bellini
White Peach puree, fee brothers peach bitters and peach schnapps. Topped with prosecco.
The Porn Star Martini
Vanilla vodka shaken with fresh passion fruit, butterscotch schnapps and pineapple, passion fruit liquor served with champagne and caramelised passion fruit.
Aperol Spritz
So simple yet so delicious, aperol with prosecco, soda and orange slices. Served on the rocks
English garden
Elderflower liquor, pear puree and a dash of lemon juice, topped with prosecco
Gingerbread & Apple Martini
Sweet apple vodka, blended with a smooth ginger bread syrup and a splash of dry champagne
Russian Spring Punch
Fresh raspberries, premium vodka, cassis and framboise.
Shaken with fresh lemon and simple suryp served long and topped with prosecco

Blooming Champagne cocktail
Edible wild hibiscus flower topped with dry champagne and sweet hibiscus liquer. Rubarb and raspberry flavours burst with the bubbles
